The Travel Data Trade-In Program is for new and existing customers who wish to trade in their hotspot device for either a cash rebate, or Travel Data Account Credit. Here's how it works: 

1. Fill out the form below, and submit photos of your device. For the best pricing, ensure your device is in good working condition, and has all cables, batteries, chargers, and even original packaging. 
2. Travel Data will respond to your request within 24 hours with an offer, which you can accept as either a PayPal Payment, or Travel Data Account Credit.
3. If you accept the offer, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. Simply package up your hotspot and all items included in the offer and drop it in the mail!
4. When Travel Data receives your hotspot, we'll review the item and as long as everything matches the photo, and the device works as expected, we'll issue the PayPal Payment or Travel Data Account Credit. If Travel Data determines the device is not in the same condition as the original submission, we'll simply return the device to you.
