We will gladly provide device replacement twice within the subscription period, with no questions asked. Just reach out to our customer support team, and inform them you’d like to start a warranty replacement – we’ll take it from there.
Travel Data will ship a replacement device, via USPS Priority Mail (typically delivered within 3 business days or less) within 24 hours of notification of warranty claim. With the replacement device, we’ll provide a complimentary return envelope and prepaid shipping label. Simply return your original device within 5 business days of receiving your replacement device. That’s it!
This is a yearly subscription, and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
